This year, we are proud to introduce two major award categories:

• Initiative for Journalism Advancement (倡議獎): We encourage journalists to use pioneering mindsets to enhance news quality. This category seeks solutions to the challenges facing today’s media industry or the development of new methods for news production, reporting, and presentation.
• Initiative for Global Exploration (探索獎): Expand your international horizons, build global networks, and accumulate social capital through overseas studies and transnational collaborations to elevate your professional expertise. This category is divided into Professional Development Projects (primarily for individual applicants) and International News Co-creation Projects (open to individuals, teams, and organizations).
